Only the truly dedicated Fantasy players (owners, GMs, overlords? Whatever you prefer) dream about Fantasy. When you dream that Fernando Salas got you a save in your H2H league, you might need to reconsider your career choice. Each day, I will have my Cash & Trash picks, highlighting 5 guys that I think you should move on if they are available and 5 guys that you might consider for the recycle bin.

Weekly, I will highlight buy low, sell high candidates because to quote Louis Winthorpe III in one of my favorite 80's movies, Trading Places:

And as time permits, I will do some in-depth story or analysis on something Fantasy related. By no means am I am 'pert, but I probably spend an unhealthy amount of time and energy on Fantasy Baseball, leading to plenty of rage and fury from the missus. Vernon Wells - You know it's bad when a team wishes they had Juan Rivera back

Buy Low - If someone's sellin', I'm buyin' -

Carl Crawford - Sox will find a way, too good to continue down this path

Dan Uggla - Power is there, buy

Ubaldo Jimenez - Team is too good, talent is there

Carlos Pena - He'll hurt the average, but if you need power, you need power

Kelly Johnson - Arizona is ugly, but not this ugly

Dan Hudson - I think the K's will come, 'zona is better that this, really!

Jetes - If you can get him cheap, he's still leading off for the Empire

Gallardo - Pitching like a Pinto, but get in when he's still on the junk pile

Brett Gardner - Bottom floor, he'll turn it around

Adan Dunn - Slow starter, make a deal

Sell High - If someone's interested, deal 'em -

Berkman - Love the guy, great lineup, but mama always said sell high

Francouer - Ungodly hit rate, 100% owned in ESPN??

Russ Martin - Really high HR/FB %, find a NYY homer and exit

Britton - Will come back to Earth, he plays for the O's!

Sizemore - Someone in your league must have a man crush, exploit mercilessly

Colon - Humpty will have a great fall

Lohse - Who is this guy...

Wolf - And this guy...

Masterson - Are the Indians a legitimate team? Too scary

Zobrist - On the fence about him, if someone's willing to pay for last week's production, do it
